Security & data
Sign-in
Require every account to use two-step verification (password plus a code from a phone app). Anyone who hasn't set it up is walked through it at their next sign-in.
Sign in with Google
Not set up on the server yet. It needs a Google sign-in key (an "OAuth client ID" from Google Cloud) with this address as its redirect URI:
Adds a "Sign in with Google" button. It works for anyone whose Google account email matches the Email on their TeamSync account (set in Manage Users); nobody else can get in. Passwords keep working for everyone.
Audit log
Every change, sign-in and admin action, recorded by the server with who did it, when, and from which address. Kept for one year.
Export all company data
One file with every project (including archived jobs), the user list without passwords, and a list of attached files.
Delete all company data
Permanently deletes every project, attachment, backup, the audit log and all user accounts. It happens 7 days after you confirm. Until then everyone sees a warning and any admin can cancel. It can't be undone after that.

You can sign in with it now. It needs confirming before it works for Sign in with Google.
Any email address works (work, Gmail, Outlook…). You can type it instead of your username when you sign in.

Signs in to your Google account once to confirm its address and put it on your TeamSync account. After that you can use "Sign in with Google".

Two-step verification is off. When it's on, signing in needs your password and a 6-digit code from an authenticator app on your phone, so a stolen password alone isn't enough.

Save these recovery codes somewhere safe, like a password manager. If you lose your phone, each code gets you in once. They won't be shown again.
